Our prices listed below are our entry level packages. We are very attentive to detail and take the time to ensure you get more than you're expecting. Though we monitor all pictures as they are taken, we download all images from the cameras and look them over carefully to ensure a quality image. If you have several shots planned and/or several locations that you'd like photographed, contact us for a quote.  Our standard shoots below include the use of a 7.2 mega pixel camera. The use of an 12 mega pixel is available for very large prints.

Digital Still  Real Estate Photography

-         Up to one hour on location, single home only.

-         Travel to and from location* (Up to 50 miles)

-         CD containing 4 to 10 Hi Resolution Photographs

-         Single 8x10 Hi Quality photo for presentation/display

-         All needed equipment, Helicopter, Pilot, and Camera Operator included in package

-         Promotional Pricing of ONLY $250

-         Additional 8x10 Prints, $25 (single page can be broken into 2 5x7s, or 3 4x6s)

-         Additional on-site hours available at $175 per hr

Broadcast Quality Video

-         One hour on location

-         CD containing video format of your choice

-         Video can be placed on choice of digital media (DV Tape, CD, DVD)

-         All needed equipment, Helicopter, Pilot, and  Photographer included in package

Professional Image Editing

-         Remove unwanted items including Cellular Towers , Power Lines, Items under repair etc.

-         Add trees, color grass, remove blemishes

-         Size, crop, and rotate images

-         Manipulate colors

-         $55.00 per hour, can be placed on location shoot CD or emailed directly to you 

Discounts available for multiple shoots, hours, and locations. Builders / Landscape professionals, please contact us for a progressive build phase rate. Please be advised that there may be an additional charge per hour that places our staff or equipment at more of a risk than traditionally operated (i.e. Close proximity to trees, power lines, large bodies of water, and possibly heavy traffic.)

* Includes approximately 50 miles of travel, additional mileage is billed at $.45 per mile. We reserve the right to use all photographs in the advertising of our company.
